Fish & Co. Central Park

Halo Eaters,

Well, we are now entering the fasting month. And if you go to the mall, you will see line-ups of people in restaurants who wanted to eat when it's almost time for the break fasting.
At the first day of the fasting month I went to Central Park Mall. As always, the mall was pretty crowded with visitors, and almost every restaurants were fully occupied. But there was one restaurant that catched my attention. Not only was it fully occupied, but also people would go in the waiting list just to eat there. Was it that good?
That's why I decided to grab a bite at Fish & Co.

Ichiban Crepes

Hi Eaters,

So recently I got a challenge from one of my blog readers. Since all my reviews lately are about restaurants or cafes, I was challenge to review a food stand.
Have I ever mention that you can challenge me to do a review? Well you can, actually, and I've done one before with the meatball challenge.
Okay, back to the topic. Whenever I think about food stand, what comes in my mind is snacks, or drinks. Something light and something you can carry around while eating it.
As a coincidence, I was at Mall Artha Gading when I read the challenge. Food stands that I saw were drinks, potatoes, and other fried food. There was a crepe stand and I haven't had crepe for a long time. So let's try the crepes at Ichiban Crepes.

This month is all about the World Cup right?
I feel the hype too, and of course watching the football match together with friends is something I frequently do in this month.
Me and my friends have a favourite spot to watch football. It is in Tebet. So later that day I went there with a friend to our usual spot. And you know how the weather could be so unpredictable. It rained on the way. As we were going with motorcycle, we decided to pulled over to a nearby restaurant, which was Sedap Wangi.

This is my second visit to Ikuze Japanese Food Bazaar. My first one, as I recall, ended up with a happy tummy. So yesterday I went back to this restaurant for another dining experience.

I'm a big fan of sushi. Well, actually I loved Japanese cuisine but sushi seems to hold a special place in my heart. The reason would be because of its small one bite size, and also the many varieties it has.
And as a sushi lover, it was a joyful moment when I knew that there was a sushi restaurant who held an All You Can Eat promo. So this was my culinary journey at Sushi! Kiosk by Sushi Tei.

Pempek Wilson Sriwijaya

Eaters penggemar pempek?
Makanan khas Palembang ini banyak ditemui di restoran ataupun kaki lima.
Umumnya pempek menggunakan bahan dasar ikan tenggiri. Lalu bagaimana rasanya kalau bahan yang digunakan diganti dengan ikan belida?

Berawal dari seorang teman food blogger memberitahukan saya soal resto ini. Dan kebetulan waktu saya meng-google ternyata resto ini sedang buka promo di salah satu website diskon.
Jadi berangkatlah saya ke Pempek Wilson Sriwijaya.

Bakso Gepeng Indra Jaya

Hai Eaters,

Well, belakangan ini banyak pembaca blog yang nge-challenge saya (yes, that's right..you can challenge me) buat menulis soal makanan yang very familiar, yaitu bakso.
Saya penggemar makanan olahan daging sapi berbentuk bulat ini. I mean, siapa dalam hidupnya yang gak pernah sekalipun makan bakso? Mudah banget ditemui dimana-mana, kadang bahkan kita tidak perlu keluar rumah dan tinggal tunggu abang bakso gerobakan lewat. It's just that easy to find, right? Apalagi bakso ini seperti makanan cross-over juga. Bisa dimix dengan banyak jenis makanan lainnya.

Kebetulan kemarin ini saya lagi di daerah Kelapa Gading, dan disini ada satu resto bakso favorit saya, yaitu Bakso Gepeng Indra Jaya.

Cafe Snowbowl


Hai Eaters.



Trend kuliner suka cepat sekali berganti ya. Layaknya trend fashion, trend kuliner juga sekarang berevolusi dengan cepat. Dulu ada trend yoghurt, lalu banyak resto yoghurt bertebaran. Belakangan ini yang memang sedang trend adalah makanan Asia. Khususnya dalam hal dessert, trend Taiwanese dessert sekarang lagi booming banget nih eaters. Terlihat dari begitu banyak resto-resto kini menghadirkan dessert khas Taiwan ini dalam menu mereka.
Beruntung bagi saya, pada Jumat kemarin ini saya diundang untuk mencicipi dessert ini di salah satu kafe yang cukup terkenal, yaitu Cafe Snowbowl.

Mbok'ku Kitchen

Hi eaters,

Berawal dari obrolan melalui chatting dengan seorang teman blogger yang sedang ada di Surabaya. Kami waktu itu seperti biasa ngobrol soal kuliner-kuliner yang belakangan kami coba. Obrolan kemudian mengarah ke soal kuliner Surabaya yang belakangan dia sering nikmati dan betapa sulitnya mungkin mencari rasa lezat khas tersebut di resto-resto yang menyajikan kuliner Surabaya yang ada di Jakarta.

Saya lalu teringat ada satu restoran yang sering saya lewati dan menyajikan kuliner khas Surabaya. Berbekal itulah saya lalu mengunjungi Mbok'ku Kitchen.

Hai eaters,

Sudah lumayan lama saya ingin mencoba makan disini. Cukup sering saya mengintip postingan-postingan di social media tentang kesan-kesan orang yang sudah mencoba ramen disini. Akhirnya di hari minggu kemarin saya diundang untuk mencicipi juga ramen di Ikkudo Ichi.
